Common Home Improvements

Painting (walls only, paint not included)

These are ranges based on previous projects. Exact price would be finalized during the estimate. We encourage the homeowner to supply their own wall paint to help with streamlining the project.

Small Bedroom (10x12)

$500-$700

Ceiling additional $250, baseboard trim, one window, and two doors $400.

Average Bedroom (12x14)

$600-900

Ceiling additional $350, baseboard trim, one window, and two doors $550.

Master bedroom (14x16)

$800-$1600

Ceiling additional $550, baseboard trim, two windows, and three doors additional $750.

Drywall Repairs (does not include painting)

Repairs include installing new section of drywall, applying joint tape, mudding, and sanding. For your convenience, painting can be added on as an additional charge,.

Small, Book sized patch

$350

Damage caused by moving or other small accidents.

Water-damage, cracked seams, or similar repairs

$550-$750

Leaking roof or plumbing repairs, cracked seams due to age, pealing away drywall tape.

Large Repairs

$750-$1500+

Walls being moved, Water damage, and other large home improvements.

Handyman Services

These are our most common handyman repairs, please contact us for an estimate on anything that's not listed here.

Light Fixture Replacement

$250-$500

Replacing light fixture in bedroom, living room, or bathroom (light fixture supplied by homeowner).

Rotting Wood Repairs

$650-$950+

Damage caused by leaks, poor water mitigation, or age. Exterior or Interior. (We do not do roof repairs)

Flooring and Trim installation

$750-$1500+

Flooring installation in bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, etc.

Toilet Replacement

$300

Toilet cost not included, purchased separately.

Picture/Mirror hanging, door lock replacement, appliance installation

$250-$600

Hardware not included (supplied by homeowner or bought separately).

Hi, I’m Leo.
I’m a husband and a proud father of six. For more than 25 years, I’ve been painting residential and commercial properties, repairing drywall, and providing trusted handyman services in the Charlotte area.
